Typical Trentino products and Storo polenta

Our philosophy is simple: preparing our dishes with zero-kilometre products, a synonym of authenticity and genuineness. Everything we grow on our farm (strawberries, grapes, potatoes and flour) is used every day in the kitchen, to bring the best of the Trentino territory to the table.

Part of our harvest is delivered to Agri’90, a cooperative that brings together more than 100 producers from Valle del Chiese. Located next to the agritourism site, it is open to visitors: in addition to seeing how the renowned Storo yellow flour is produced, you will also find a small shop where you can buy various typical Trentino products.
