At La Polentera, hospitality also begins at the table. For our guests with celiac disease we always offer a selection of gluten-free dishes, from main courses to desserts, prepared with the same care and attention that we dedicate to all our cuisine. The only exception is pasta, which is prepared artisanally in-house.
